Me in action in my Force 4,

Flatacraft were, I believe, the first Rigid Hull Inflatable manufacturer in the UK. My Father brought his first in 1977, second hand at four years old when RIB’s were still unusual. Only the Flatacraft Force 4 and Force 3 plus Avon’s Searider were around at the time and I remember people approaching us on the beach asking us what it was.

Built early 90’s and in good condition. Seat frames rebuilt in Aluminium, upholstery in excellent condition due to fitted heavy-duty cover from new. Transom strengthened with stainless sheet, and Transom stays replaced with stronger items fabricated from stainless plate and thick wall pipe. Orange Tubes have been sprayed with Silicone each winter before lay-up and are in exceptional condition with no patches. The usual Sun bleaching has not occurred due to the boat being covered when not in use. Outer Hull is in original White Gelcoat and only has a few very minor scratches.

Bow-dodger, dashboard and screen are also in very good condition, with recent replacement original Flatacraft steering wheel.

Suzuki DT55HP three cylinder engine with power Trim/Tilt is a couple of years older, has had little use, but is unfortunately marred by some scratching to the cover, although this is purely cosmetic. The control cables were replaced two years ago and have a good smooth action along with the steering. The single lever control box includes ignition with safety cut out. The leg is fitted with aftermarket hydrofoils to aid stability, and the engine is connected to a plastic fuel tank in the bow.

Trailer is standard issue Snipe quality with new wheels and tyres last season, plus reversible winch with webbing loading strap.

Overall the package is very fast and ready to go in the water for some fun. This domain name is available to purchaser under separate negotiation.

Unfortunately this great little boat must go to help finance my upgrade to a larger RIB.
